To be honest, I was actually never a big fan of nuts, but that soon changed when my girlfriend (now wife!) started making activated nuts in our kitchen. When I sampled them I was blown away by the fact that they tasted so much better upon ‘activation’…I was immediately hooked and as a result, I now eat a lot of (activated) nuts!
They were tastier, crunchier and personally I found lighter to digest than conventional nuts. After constantly thinking about it for a number of months, I thought I’d be nuts not to bring the idea to the mass market – Nutmost was born with a mission to produce the most delicious and nutritious snacks.
Easy to see why
We started activating nuts in small batches, I was immediately hooked on creating and tweaking recipes to make the tastiest and crunchiest nuts available, while always with the focus on only ever using the finest ingredients.

We carried out extensive taste-bud trials which resulted in us launching our first 3 flavours in the Nutmost range: Himalayan Salted Activated Almonds, Tamari Activated Almonds and Maple Activated Walnuts….with more delicious flavours in the pipeline. We hope you enjoy them, as much as we do!
