Nuts, seeds, grains and pulses all naturally contain bitter-tasting enzyme inhibitors which act as a natural barrier in the wild but are not so nice for our taste-buds! To help counteract this, first we long-soak the highest quality organic nuts in pure filtered water.
The soaking ‘activates’ the germination process which helps to remove this bitterness to enhance the nut’s natural flavour and to allow a sweeter, lighter tasting nut.
Next, we slowly dehydrate them (never roasted!) to carefully preserve the goodness within and to create that signature Nutmost crunch and deliciously moreish taste!
Happy with our activated nut we generously glaze, sprinkle or drizzle them with only the most natural and nutritious seasoning to ensure they not only taste great but do good too.
